How do I add users to my organization?
Admins can invite users from the Admin panel under Team Management. Each user receives an email invitation. Users count toward your seat limit — additional seats are billed at the per-user rate on your plan.
How does billing work and can I change my plan?
RepDesk is billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan and seat count. You can view and update your plan from Admin → Billing. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I connect my Google Workspace account?
Go to My Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace and click Connect. You'll be prompted to authorize RepDesk to access your Gmail and Calendar. This is required before the Gmail Add-on will display your CRM data.
Where can I export my data?
Data exports are available from the Admin panel. You can export contacts, accounts, deals, and sales orders as CSV files. On account termination, exports remain available for 30 days.
How do I set up commission rules?
Commission rules are configured by Admins under Admin → Commissions. You can define rules by rep, territory, product category, or revenue tier. Monthly commissions are calculated automatically based on closed sales orders.
What integrations does RepDesk support?
RepDesk currently integrates with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), JustCall (VoIP), ShipStation (shipping & orders), Fishbowl ERP, and QuickBooks Online. More integrations are on the roadmap — see our Integrations page for the full list.
