We Do Not Sell or Share

RepDesk LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, consistent with our Privacy Policy (Section 2). We do not use your business CRM data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Scope

This page describes RepDesk as the platform operator. RepDesk customers (tenants) who use the Service to message freight consignees or their own end customers act as separate controllers for that data. If you received an SMS or email from a specific shipper, contact that organization directly for their privacy practices.

How to Exercise Your Rights

California residents and others with privacy rights may use the following in-app paths or contact us:

• My Settings → Delete my account — remove your personal login profile;
• Admin → Privacy & Data — organization owners can export or delete tenant data;
• Email privacy@repdesk.io for access, correction, deletion, or portability requests.

Opt-Out Confirmation

Because RepDesk does not sell or share personal information as defined under CPRA, no opt-out submission is required. If our practices change in the future, we will update this page and honor opt-out preferences before any sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising begins.
