Set up Google Workspace integration

Connect Gmail and Calendar from My Settings; required for the Gmail add-on.

Connect Google from My Settings → Integrations → Google Workspace. You will complete Google's OAuth consent so RepDesk can read Gmail and Calendar data your admin has enabled.

Why connect

Powers calendar views and email-related workflows where configured.
Required before the Gmail add-on can show CRM context in Gmail.

Admin prerequisites

Your Google Workspace admin may need to allow the RepDesk OAuth client. If connection fails, ask your IT admin to review blocked apps and then retry from My Settings.
