Team and personal calendar events tied to CRM activity.

Calendar at https://repdesk.io/calendar shows meetings and tasks in a time-based layout so you can plan alongside CRM work. What appears on the calendar depends on your org’s setup and whether you’ve connected external calendars.

Move around the calendar#

Use the day, week, or month controls (exact labels vary) to change the visible range. Today shortcuts, if present, jump back to the current date. Use arrows or date picker controls to move forward and backward in time.

Google Calendar (optional)#

If your company uses Google Workspace, events from Google Calendar can appear here after you connect your user:

  1. Open My Settings.

  2. Complete Google Workspace under Integrations (OAuth).

  3. Return to Calendar and allow a short time for data to sync.

Full setup: Set up Google Workspace integration.
If connection fails, your Google Workspace admin may need to allow the RepDesk app—retry after IT approves it.

(Video — add later: Connect Google in My Settings → open Calendar → show synced events in week view.)

Create and edit events#

  • Add an event from the calendar UI where your product exposes that action.

  • Set title, time, and any fields your integration supports (attendees, location, etc.).

  • Visibility and edit rules follow your integration and org policy—some events may be read-only if they originate from Google.

Tasks with due dates may also surface on the calendar when that behavior is enabled; see Tasks for managing task records.

Tips#

  • Time zone: Confirm your profile and device time zone if meeting times look off by an hour.

  • Busy reps: Combine Calendar with Tasks and Pipeline for a simple daily rhythm: calendar for fixed meetings, tasks for follow-ups, pipeline for revenue work.
