Integrations overview

Connect Google, calling, shipping, accounting, and ERP with per-company credentials.

RepDesk connects to email, calendar, calling, shipping, accounting, and ERP systems using per-company credentials. Each tenant (your organization) stores its own keys and OAuth tokens—your data never shares integration secrets with another RepDesk customer.

Where admins configure this:
Admin → Integrations (or the Integrations area your superadmin exposed for your org).

Who can change integrations#

If a connector is missing from the list, your company may not have purchased or enabled that product—ask your admin.

Common integrations (examples)#

Your exact tiles may differ; typical examples include:

Integration

What it’s for

Google Workspace

Gmail / Calendar; prerequisite for the Gmail add-on for many setups.

ShipStation

Shipping labels, carriers, and shipment status on orders / shipments.

Fishbowl

ERP-backed inventory, SKUs, and order sync.

JustCall

Calling and messaging workflows.

QuickBooks Online

Accounting sync where configured.

Always rotate credentials in the external system (Google, ShipStation, etc.) if you suspect a leak—then re-save the connection in RepDesk.

Marketing vs admin#

  • Customer-facing overview of what RepDesk can connect to: Integrations (marketing).

  • Live credentials and status for your company: Admin → Integrations (this article).

Troubleshooting#

  1. Read the error on the integration card or toast—often “invalid client”, “redirect mismatch”, or “blocked by admin”.

  2. Confirm the right Google / ShipStation environment (production vs sandbox).

  3. Escalate to your IT admin for OAuth allowlists and to RepDesk support for product-side failures—include time, integration name, and screenshot.
