Quotes
Create, edit, and manage quotes from the Quotes module.
Quotes at https://repdesk.io/quotes is where you create, open, and manage quote records for customers. Start a new one from New quote or open an existing row to review status, line items, and customer-facing outputs your org configured.

Create and open quotes#
New quote — Opens the create flow; you’ll pick customer / account context and line or template fields per your setup.
Existing quote — Click through to the detail page for read-only or editable content depending on status and your role.

Deal Builder and PDFs#
When your organization uses Deal Builder, complex pricing, margins, kits or tiers, and PDF generation often happen there before a quote is customer-ready.
Open Deal Builder from your quote workflow when the UI offers it (wording may be Edit in Deal Builder or similar).
Line items, margin at MSRP (or your org’s rules), and approval steps are usually defined there—align with your admin before sending externally.

Edit and workflow locks#
Draft or in-progress quotes may be editable when you have permission.
Submitted or approved quotes may be locked so numbers do not change after the customer sees them—rules vary by company.
If you need a change after lock, ask your admin or approver how your org handles revisions or new versions.
