Contacts & Accounts
Prospects (leads)
Work the prospect list, convert to customers, and use filters.
Prospects at https://repdesk.io/prospects are leads—people or opportunities before they become full customer accounts in your workflow. The list uses the same CRM table tools as Accounts and Contacts: sort, inline edit where allowed, filters, saved views, export, and delete with confirmation.

Create prospects#
Use the plus / add control on the list to add a row or open the quick form.
For the full form flow, open New prospect when your UI offers it.
Required fields depend on how your admin configured the Prospect object—common examples include company name, source, territory, or assigned rep.
Qualify and convert#
As a lead progresses, update fields your team relies on:
Status or stage (labels vary by org)
Temperature or priority-style fields
Owner or assigned rep
Custom fields for trade shows, campaigns, follow-up dates, or regions—these appear when configured under Admin.
“Convert” in practice usually means updating status, linking to an account, or creating related records your admin defined—follow your org’s playbook.
Filter, export, and delete#
Filters — segment by region, source, owner, or any filterable field.
Saved views — save combinations you use every week (e.g. “My new leads this month”).
Export — CSV when your role allows CRM export.
Delete — row or bulk actions with confirmation; confirm you’re not removing leads still tied to active follow-ups.
For how filters work across CRM lists, see Filtering & saved views.
When a prospect is ready to become a customer company, your process may include creating or linking an account—see Accounts and Add your first contact or account if you’re new to those steps.
